Join the Northern Blues Forest Collaborative on an all-day field tour to the 54 North Restoration Project on the Umatilla National Forest, North Fork John Day Ranger District.
Attendees will explore the benefits of cross-boundary work in the region, learn how restoration can support wildlife, watersheds, and First Foods, and hear how monitoring is helping guide restoration decisions.
This tour will:
Explore project unique restoration goals, challenges, and objectives.
Highlight project monitoring efforts to measure effects on First Foods.
Provide input on current and future restoration planning.
